Additional Guest Registration

$500 per person – For spouses, kids, or other guests staying in the same room. (Up to 3 additional guests per room)

Includes:

• 3-night same room accommodations (May 4–7)
• 3 daily scheduled meals in dining halls
• Choice of activity – golf, horseback riding, spa, trap & skeet, and more
• Access to resort amenities including pool, fitness center, and Wi-Fi
• At least 1 All Access registration must be purchased to unlock pricing.
• Discounted room pricing for extended stays up to 3 days +/- of summit
  Note: All guests are welcome to attend special summit receptions at no additional charge. Each guest must be included in the head count for accurate meal planning.

Tech Showcase Registration

$300 per company

A dedicated space for partners to put their solutions on display alongside a variety of other technology providers. It’s a great optional add-on to increase visibility, connect with others, and share what’s unique about your solutions.

Includes:

• One 6’/2m table, monitor, and banner (provided by Rajant)
• Opportunity to present products and solutions on main stage to other partners and Rajant leadership
• Networking visibility in between sessions
• Listing on the summit Tech Showcase page

Note: Partners are responsible for the logistics of their own equipment and demo materials. Limited spaces available.
