Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Rajant is in search of an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer (AI) for the development of solutions using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). Daily expectations will include working with partners to translate business analytic problems into cognitive computing technologies to solve business problems with actionable recommendations. In addition, hires will be expected to write code for research, development, and maintenance of deep learning and machine learning, in particular modeling and cognitive computing. Verification Engineer

Rajant is seeking an experienced Verification Engineer to join their Information Assurance (IA) team. The IA team is currently developing a leading-edge System on Chip (SoC) security processor for Rajant’s mesh radio product offerings.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop VHDL, Verilog, and System Verilog test benches, models, and SOC verification software 
  • Develop test solutions for FPGA SOC development platforms
  • Develop test plans from requirements documents, analyzing and increasing test coverage for devices under test
  • Develop and debug targeted and pseudo-random tests for both simulation and embedded FPGA SOC designs
  • Lead the verification effort for a small team of Software and FPGA engineers

FPGA Design Engineer

Rajant is seeking an experienced FPGA/ASIC Design Engineer to join their Information Assurance (IA) team. The IA team is currently developing a leading-edge System on Chip (SoC) security processor for Rajant’s mesh radio product offerings.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Experience in all phases of FPGA design and verification, ASIC design process is beneficial
  • Define, architect, design, verify and integrate high-performance blocks for an advanced SOC with cryptographic processors
  • Perform micro-architecture and logic design using Verilog, System Verilog, VHDL, and FPGA toolsets
  • Collaborate with verification and software teams in the development of the test plan and assist in debugging test failures
  • Collaborate with vendor backend physical design team to develop timing constraints, analyze timing violations and perform timing fixes
  • Participate in bring-up and test of initial FPGA and ASIC system

WiFi Radio Frequency Engineer

Rajant is seeking a WiFi RF Engineer to support full life cycle engineering of new and existing products, including design, testing, troubleshooting, and manufacture. This engineer will be a member of an interdisciplinary team in a hands-on environment producing high-power frequency-shifted WiFi radio cards. Open to RF enthusiasts looking to amplify their skills and enjoy the opportunity to work with and learn from a 35 year veteran of RF design.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Test, bring up and evaluate WiFi Radio board prototypes
  • Troubleshoot & perform failure & root cause analyses to diagnose issues & improve product designs
  • Manage and manipulate product definition data, design information, and test data
  • Follow engineering design practices including requirements analysis & decomposition, trade studies, and prototyping in support of technical projects & programs

Required Qualifications:

Rajant is seeking an experienced Events Marketing Director to join our team of like-minded engineers, visionaries, data hounds, number crunchers, relationship builders, and storytellers to develop Rajant’s exciting new global offering.

Rajant Corporation continues to grow in revenue and new market exposure and seeks to add a senior level, seasoned Marketing Events professional with experience and expertise to lead live and online activities that will accelerate data-driven lead generation, channel/customer growth, and engagement, and brand amplification. This position is responsible for strategy, budgeting, direction, planning, and execution of corporate marketing events, including industry trade shows and conferences, webinars, training, roadshows, summits, and internal Rajant events focused on employees and philanthropy. Presentation preparation for Rajant leadership is expected, which requires proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint or Keynote for Mac. The role will research, advocate, and execute an impactful, top-quality experience by defining all event goals, messaging, branding, logistics, partner alignments, scheduling, budget, resource management, negotiations, reporting, and calendaring of all plans.  The director will be expected to be proficient in Rajant’s core technology and act as an onsite advocate while supporting all aspects of the role. Mindfulness of diverse cultures, languages, time zones and promotional practices worldwide is necessary to optimize participation and attendance.

Assistant Facilities & Kitchen Manager (Business Dining)

Rajant Corporation is seeking an Assistant Facilities & Kitchen Manager to assist with the day-to-day Facilities and Food Service operation (Breakfast and Lunch daily) of a small-medium volume Office/Conference location with 60 employees on site. Requires both Front-of-House and Back-of-House experience.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, Part-Time, Hourly, approximately 25-30 hours per week. Schedule is flexible, between hours of 7:30 am and 2 pm daily. Occasional evening events would require attendance and participation. Could possibly develop into a Full-Time position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

    Kitchen:

  • Coordinate with local caterers on a weekly or monthly menu to support food ordering.
  • Order and maintain inventory of Food, Beverage, and Paper products. 
  • Assist with all station set-up, food service, and breakdown. 
  • Lead Kitchen re-organization with a focus on Quality and Food Safety / Sanitation.  
  • Establish, maintain cleaning & maintenance schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas. 
  • Maintain organization and stock supply of the main kitchen and 2 small kitchenettes.

    Facilities:

  • Act as liaison with Cleaning Service, Caterer, Bakery, and necessary Vendors.
  • Assist in procuring furniture for new hires when necessary. 
  • Assist in setup or breakdown of furniture.
  • Work with event planners for in-house events.
  • Staff and assist in managing in-house events
  • Occasionally assist with off-site events when necessary.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Requires restaurant or hotel experience. Preferred both Front-of-House and Back-of-House experience. 
  • Requires Food Handlers License or ServSafe certification or ability to obtain. 
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Flexible personality to wear multiple hats and help team members whenever necessary.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 60 lbs.

Requires Food Handlers License or ServSafe certification or ability to obtain. 2 years minimum Culinary/Kitchen Supervisory or Lead experience in Restaurants, Hotels, Education, or Corporate Dining.  (Sous chef, assistant dining services, AGM)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Seek approvals, reviewing and testing systems for compliance
  • Monitor developments for wireless networks and conduct specialized testing

Education & Experience:

M.S. in E.E. or similar plus 2 years’ experience with compliance engineering, product design, FCC TCB evaluation, RF circuit design, FCC, IC, CE, EN, and UL. The position also requires experience with RF Theory, RF Test Equipment, LNA, Power Amplifier, S-Parameters, VSWR, Smith Chart, Modulation techs., LabVIEW,  Python, MATLAB, ADS, TILE, PLC, SCADA, VSA, and pre-compliance test systems.
