Marketing Communications Director

Rajant is searching for a Marketing Communications Director to join our team of like-minded relationship builders, engineers, visionaries, data hounds, number crunchers, and storytellers to develop Rajant’s exciting global offering.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Direct the daily activities of marketing communications staff and vendors to achieve maximum impact with various constituencies.
  • Develop & manage an external & internal communications strategy that maintains consistent branding & messaging.
  • Manage the research, acquisition, message, design, and placement of all advertising. This includes building an ad calendar, trade group niche, global industries, channel-specific, and digital ads.
  • Serve as lead copywriter for advertising, newsletters, media bylines, blogs, case studies, customer testimonials, press releases, emails, web pages, and other collateral.
  • Identify trade group alignments & continue cultivating (or offboard) current trade group relationships to optimize membership offerings.
  • Multiply marketplace permeation of content by developing a content distribution strategy for lead generation using blogs, white papers, case studies, and other content assets for inbound awareness and interest.
  • Assist and refine Human Resource communications.
  • Be the keeper & refiner of Rajant’s branding guidelines w/ an eye to compliance among all partners & the opportunity to redirect product naming conventions.
  • Work w/ Data & Demand Technologist on messaging for drip campaigns & paid search/social advertisements for LinkedIn & Google.

Required:

  • Experience in wireless communications and key vertical markets
  • Creative and excellent copywriting and editing skills
  • Excellent communications skills –writing, verbal, and visual
  • Ability to work independently to tight timelines with excellence

Accounts Payable / Staff Accountant

Rajant is searching for an Accounts Payable/Staff Accountant to join our team of like-minded relationship builders, engineers, visionaries, data hounds, number crunchers, and storytellers to develop Rajant’s exciting global offering.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Processing vendor purchase requests
  • Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
  • Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
  • Analyzing workflow processes
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
  • Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
  • Processing due invoices for payments
  • Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
  • Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts

Education/Professional Requirements:

A minimum of two years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting is necessary. Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, email communication, and other computer abilities are required.

Director, Product Management

Rajant is searching for a Director, Product Management to join our team of like-minded relationship builders, engineers, visionaries, data hounds, number crunchers, and storytellers to develop Rajant’s next generation global offering.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support all industrial markets
  • Create and own the product roadmap
  • Define new HW and SW products; define new FW and SW Features
  • Develop product requirements specs
  • Determine product cost/price/margin
  • Provide technical input for product marketing documents: brochures, datasheets, application notes, etc)
  • Write White Papers
  • Define New Product Accessories: antennas, brackets, cables
  • Understand customer needs
  • Create SWOT analysis, top down and bottoms up business cases, and pricing models

Junior Embedded Software Engineer

Rajant Health Incorporated is looking for a Junior Embedded Software Engineer interested to participate in the development of our next generation electronic products to support our healthcare company, partners and customers. The engineer will be a part of the team working on implementing control software on cutting edge.

The Candidate should expect to work across many time zones based upon our varied locations across the US.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and test firmware subsystems, in collaboration with the product design team and hardware engineers, utilizing the hardware and embedded software technologies.
  • Follow modern software practices and methodologies, adopt and improve software development infrastructure components for increased development efficiency and quality.
  • Leverage Design For Reliability (DFR) for software, Agile and Lean software development methodologies to drive reliability into the product development life cycle
  • Write technical specifications for their designs as well as for the designs for contract partners to execute.
  • Must have the ability to articulate ideas within cross-functional discussions.
  • Present or assist in the presentation of design improvement ideas, issue resolution, and analysis of technical data.
  • Must use sound engineering principles to identify and resolve system and component-level issues.

  • Experience in embedded systems design with preemptive, multitasking real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  • Experience developing software for complex systems in regulated industry.
  • Able to understand how team and personal goals/objectives contribute to the organization vision.
  • Experience developing for microcontrollers like ARM Cortex M in low RAM / flash environments.
  • Experience developing on STM32 MCU or PSoCs is a plus.

Assistant Controller

Rajant is searching for an Assistant Controller to join our team of like-minded relationship builders, engineers, visionaries, data hounds, number crunchers, and storytellers to develop Rajant’s exciting global offering.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, and cost accounting.
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
  • Assist Controller and leadership team on process and system implementation improvements.
  • Assist Controller, CFO, and COO with various projects as needed. Serve as backup to Staff Accountants and Controller as needed.
  • Prepare or review and publish monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Collaborate with asset management team for cash flow planning.
  • Prepare, process, and review reconciliations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Accounting major or equivalent.
  • Certified Public Accountant preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in financial management required. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures required.
  • Proficient with Quickbooks, Enterprise version

Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Rajant is in search of an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer (AI) for the development of solutions using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). Daily expectations will include working with partners to translate business analytic problems into cognitive computing technologies to solve business problems with actionable recommendations. In addition, hires will be expected to write code for research, development, and maintenance of deep learning and machine learning, in particular modeling and cognitive computing. All candidates will be required to pass a 90-minute technical screen.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, modeling, and statistical analysis tools for solving real AI problems
  • Fluency in programming skills such as Python, R, or other equivalent languages
  • Background in basic machine learning techniques including supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement, and deep learning
  • Experience in major machine learning frameworks: Pytorch, Scikit-Learn,Tensorflow, Pandas, SparkML
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work
