THE HISTORY OF RAJANT

Rajant was founded two decades ago on a vision…

for a new, dynamic communications network that would deliver on the promises of mobility, scalability, bandwidth, and immunity to failure. Explore all the innovation our company has advanced since then, the milestones we’re proud to have achieved, and where we have our sights set for the future.

9/11 Revealed Crucial Shortcomings in Traditional Wireless Networks
A firefighter walks beside a damaged fire truck covered in dust and debris in a city street filled with rubble and smoke, suggesting the aftermath of a major disaster or emergency.
2001
9/11 was the deadliest terrorist attack in the U.S., and it quickly sparked change. The importance of a fully mobile wireless network system was evident, especially for first responders in times of crisis.
Rajant is Founded by Robert Schena and Paul Hellhake
Two older men in suits stand side by side against a blue, textured studio backdrop. One man wears glasses, a beige tie, and a pocket square; the other man has white hair and wears an open-collared shirt.
2001

Rajant was formed from a vision for a more robust, fully mobile mesh network technology, at a time when demand was growing for a reliable, wireless broadband network that could operate in mission-critical applications.

Rajant Military Partnership Begins
A soldier in camouflage uniform and helmet uses a radio while looking at a laptop displaying a digital map with colored lines, sitting outdoors near tan, rocky terrain.
