Responsible Disclosure Policy
Vulnerability Disclosure Program
We take the security of our systems, products, and services seriously. We are committed to protecting our customers, partners, and technology ecosystem. This Responsible Disclosure Policy outlines how a potential vulnerability should be reported to Rajant Corporation. We do NOT allow for anyone to assess our systems for vulnerabilities, zero days, or anything else.
How to Report a Vulnerability
If you believe you’ve discovered a security vulnerability, contact us at: securitydisclosure@rajant.com
Include:
• A description of the issue
• Steps needed to reproduce it
• Any relevant URLs, parameters, or affected components
• Optional proof-of-concept material (without sensitive data)
We do not allow for public disclosure of any vulnerabilities found.
What Is Not Allowed
No activities of any type, whether intrusive or non intrusive, are allowed against our infrastructure, networks, or other assets, included, but not limited to port scans, vulnerability scans, input validation, IoT search engine scans, and brute force testing.
What You Can Expect From Us
When you submit a report, we will:
1. Acknowledge receipt of your report
2. Work to validate and understand the issue
3. Remediate the issue
While response times may vary based on report volume and severity, we strive to be as timely and transparent as possible.
Thank You
