Verification Engineer
Rajant is seeking an experienced Verification Engineer to join their Information Assurance (IA) team. The IA team is currently developing a leading-edge System on Chip (SoC) security processor for Rajant’s mesh radio product offerings.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop VHDL, Verilog, and System Verilog test benches, models, and SOC verification software
- Develop test solutions for FPGA SOC development platforms
- Develop test plans from requirements documents, analyzing and increasing test coverage for devices under test
- Develop and debug targeted and pseudo-random tests for both simulation and embedded FPGA SOC designs
- Lead the verification effort for a small team of Software and FPGA engineers
- Configuration Management of test cases
- Participate in the bring-up and test of engineering and production product platforms
- Contribute to system certification documentation
Desirable Experience:
- 5+ years of FPGA and/or ASIC verification experience
- Able to work with minimal guidance as both an individual and a team contributor
- Proficient in C, C++, ARM assembly, System Verilog, VHDL, Perl, and Python
- Experience using Intel/Altera Quartus and/or Xilinx Vivado FPGA development toolsets
- Familiar with Ethernet and IPv4/IPv6, memory models, SOC interfaces (QSPI, MMC, I2C, DDR, etc)
- Strong problem solving and SOC debug skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with ARM Ltd. processor architectures (32bit/64bit)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support all industrial markets
- Create and own the product roadmap
- Define new HW and SW products; define new FW and SW Features
- Develop product requirements specs
- Determine product cost/price/margin
- Provide technical input for product marketing documents: brochures, datasheets, application notes, etc)

R & D Electronic Product Engineer
Rajant Health Inc is looking for an R&D Electronic Product Engineer to participate in the development of our next generation electronic products to support our healthcare company, partners and customers. This individual will be responsible for developing the product as well as managing our partners to ensure that they understand and meet the requirements of the product specifications. A background in regulated industry design controls and production practices is preferred.
Skills:
- Provide technical leadership and engineering support to cross-functional teams as a subject matter expert.
- Contribute inventions, new designs and techniques regarded as advances in the medical and technical/scientific community.
- Hands-on approach to product development.

The Candidate should expect to work across many time zones based upon our varied locations across the US.

- Design, implement and test firmware subsystems, in collaboration with the product design team and hardware engineers, utilizing the hardware and embedded software technologies.

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, and cost accounting.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Assist Controller and leadership team on process and system implementation improvements.
- Assist Controller, CFO, and COO with various projects as needed. Serve as backup to Staff Accountants and Controller as needed.
- Prepare or review and publish monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages to internal and external stakeholders.
